Generator AVR Automatic Voltage Regulator

• Compatibility Notice: This 5-8kW Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is designed to fit a wide range of generator brands including Predator, Honda, Champion, Generac, and others, typically paired with engines ranging from 301cc to 459cc (approximately 9HP to 13HP). Always verify your original part before ordering.
• Power Rating & Applications: Suitable for generators with running power between 5000 and 8000 watts. It serves as a replacement AVR for various models from brands such as Honda, Harbor Freight, Predator, Champion, Firman, and many more.
• Key Features: This AVR includes a copper voltage adjustment screw for precise calibration and comes with a new, OEM-standard carbon brush. It is built to replace both rectangular-shaped and aluminum-shell AVRs (including half-moon and rectangle types) commonly found in 5–7kW generators.
• Fitment Check Advised: Before purchasing, carefully compare the mounting hole dimensions shown in the product images with your original AVR. Be aware that certain GX-style engines and their clones may have slight variations in design.
• Important Consideration: Do not rely solely on the KVA numbers marked on your generator, as these can sometimes be misleading. Always cross-reference the physical specifications and appearance of your current AVR to ensure a proper fit.
